Termination of MOE’s NCB Cash Keycard

To: ECI Operators and Practitioners

The Early Childhood Commission (ECC) wishes to advise you that all MOE NCB Cash Keycards were terminated on Friday, January 26, 2018.

In light of this, the ECC is asking all ECI Practitioners with MOE Cash Keycards to complete a new NCB Keycard application form and submit same to their Development Officer.
