ECC External Customer Survey
In keeping with the standards of ISO 9001 certification, it is the duty of the Early Childhood Commission to exceed customers’ expectations by providing high-quality services. This survey is designed to assess the services received by individuals and companies that do business with the Early Childhood Commission. The findings from this survey will serve to improve the quality of services being provided to customers.
The survey administrators shall keep completely confidential the names of respondents, all information or opinions collected, and any information about respondents learned incidentally. Individual responses or data potentially traceable to an individual will not be shared for any purpose. Survey administrators shall exercise reasonable caution to prevent others to survey data in their possession.
