• 2 Police records are outstanding, as well as 4 food handler’s permits, and all medicals are expired.
• Public Health and Fire Inspections need to be renewed.
• An alarm system is needed for the Infant Department as well as the fire extinguishers need to be secured to the wall.
• Fencing is needed to prevent stray animals from entering the premises. Standard 2 needs attention and all the ECI saftey plans and policies are in draft but needs to be finalized. The fire plans needs to be approved.
