The Early Childhood Commission (ECC) a Statutory Body of the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information with responsibility to regulate the operations of Early Childhood Institutions, is seeking to identify highly motivated and dynamic individuals to fill the following post: GRANTS AND RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT (FMG/PA 1) – VACANT Purpose of Job Under the supervision of the Manager, Institutional Services, the incumbent is responsible for efficiently managing and organising ECI grants payments and ensuring timely checking and disbursement of grants, namely: nutrition, material, maintenance, regular, janitorial and internet grants. Manage and maintain the Grants and Subsidies Financial Systems (GSFS). The accountant oversees the management of salaries and subsidies overpayment receivables systems. Monitors and executes all debt recovery activities within the organisation in accordance with the Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act.
