Happy Hours Early Childhood Development Centre was started 1981 with 2 students. There are one hundred and nine (123) students on roll. There are three college trained teachers, three practitioners, two caregivers along with the principal. Extra-curricular activities offered at the institution include: 4-H club, Sign language, Drama, Choir, Public speaking and football.
